The Katabatik Soundsystem is a 4500 watt system capable of delivering potent sonics for both indoor and outdoor settings. Based around the unique pyramidal design of the PYRLABS (of Anchorage, Alaska) subwoofers, the system is available for events along with a crew of experienced technicians and otherworldly live performers. Since the year 2000, the system has been an integral part of the annual Autonomous Mutant Festival, the Caltech "Drop Day" parties, and various other events.Currently it is based in Oakland, California.
